Questions before you buy? Please ask. We would much rather answer five questions than have you order something that turns out not to be right for you.

Already ordered? Track your parcel any time at brownova.co/pages/track-your-order. If your address was wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.

Refunds: you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund, for any reason, and you do not need to ship anything back. Just email us with your order number.

If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and then write again - we have never knowingly left an email unanswered.
