Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free to the United States, Australia and Switzerland. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout. Additional destinations may be available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 10–18 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of ordering.

We ship directly from our production partner rather than through a local warehouse. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer — and it is also why we can offer this product at $24.99 USD instead of a retail markup.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can follow it any time at brownova.co/pages/track-your-order. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan; this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

Import duties and local taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST or local taxes may apply on delivery outside the United States, and are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the price you pay us. For an order of this value they are typically small or nil in Australia and Switzerland. If you would like an estimate before ordering, email us and we will help.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipping, email support@brownova.co and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot change the address once a parcel has shipped.
